There are many types of equipment manufactures by plants each year to do heavy construction work. Here is a list of those big machines. Articulated Truck - This truck is often used to transport gravel, soil, and other fine materials to and from the construction site. It?s designed to be able to withstand transport in rough terrains. Most of these trucks are also referred to as dump trucks because their hydraulics enables the trucks to just dump out the contents.
