Why ban on human cloning?

To get the real answer on the question about reasons of opposing to human cloning we have to figure out a consequences of it's free realization. Let's at once throw out all artificial mental constructions involving respect to life in general, religious dogmas and others groundless "becauses". There are nevertheless completely rational reasons to be concerned of huge shaking up that could bring to society a human cloning.

What are the most lures for human cloning? The answer is that it is the base for realistic technology of practical eternal life for single individual. The procedure to achieve this goal contains three-step loop:

• Somebody at his/her twenty-fourths years age old creates his/her exact replica by cloning.
• The clone nurtured up till full adulthood.
• The head of original person is implanted on the neck of young replica. Fates of head of clone and old body are irrelevant for farther consideration. Procedure a) is repeated the same as the internal loop in general.

From scientific point of view a cloning of mammals is already successfully tried. Surgery operations of brain transplantation has been performing long time already A History of Brain, Head, and Body Transplants. There are no visible scientific barriers to do all these. Social complications from other side looks like indestructible.

At first what is social status of the clone? If he/she is accepted as a human, received a birth certificate, the usage his body without his consent will be a crime - murder. What else legal status could it has - personal property of original person? His pet? Not likely in visible future and imposable for now.

Secondly, all procedure is not cheap at all. Here is a very conservative list of expenses: payment for clone production, including compensation to surrogate mother; feeding and training a clone itself(!) (himself/herself???); surgery for head transplantation. Obviously that this is not for everybody pocket even in most developed states. Higher 1% of world elite, no more, could probably afford it financially. But not legally! Very difficult to image political movement that will be able to justify cold blooded murders to prolong lives of wealthy only. In democratic society it's next to unworkable.

The history of human civilization teaching us that all possibilities will be carried out this way or another. Something is a crime… let it be. Murder… There are a lot of murders on the earth. In the balance or pros and cons with bet his own life incentive is too power to nobody in position of power not even to try.
