Night Amsterdam before Christmas.

My flight back to Boston from Saint Petersburg, Russia was at Christmas with 16 hours transfer in Amsterdam. It had happened one of the most pleasant days in whole year of 2019. I did fall in love with Amsterdam where I was able to walk around for several hours before settling in reasonable cheap and very clean hotel near airport.At the image is the typical picture of the Amsterdam center at night. Water in everywhere canals are almost at the level of sidewalk. In spite common preconception to be dangerous place for tourists I felt no red flashing signals of warning whatsoever even in red light district. I wish to spend there more time to explore.
