Christmas 2018 vacation in Sunny Isles, Florida.
It was the best choice to have vacation 2018 just week before Christmas day in Miami area in Sunny Isles.The time before Christmas in Miami has happened to be slow and not as cheerful as our previous visits.Night life at South Beach did almost not exist. Compare to my first visit at 2001 South beach is if not deadbut close to mortal illness. Most of windows at new high-scraper apartment buildings are darkand practically no activity at fronts at day time. But ocean is still warm, sun is bright and beaches are sandy. Mixed feeling prevail in my mind all at all.

Beachside is obviously most bright one. There is the puzzle how
occupied enormous hotel and apartment buildings all around. It
occupancy rate 5% or more? The puzzle what for to buy multimillion
dollar property if not use it? Is it good investment or sort
of scam and bubble?

is fish caressed by fisherman there.
The pelican at the pier looks like thoughtful creature. Maybe
it is because it has not insest in any unused property at the beach.

I at the north end of Haulover beach at the end of week long
vacation. The only regret that not month long or longer.
Oleta River Park near Haulover beach presents piece of wild nature
of Florida there inside Miami area. It is swamp. Do not go there.

Haulover beach at windy and not warm day was practically empty.
There is new high apartment building in progress there. It will
be sold out and nobody will live there.
